Here’s another article from 2015 that apparently hasn’t gotten through to a lot of the over-prescibing doctors out there.

Your whole life, you’ve probably been told by your doctor that eating less salt will lower your blood pressure, which will make you less susceptible to heart attacks and heart disease.

Turns out that narrative was never backed by science.
